What You’ll Do: As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, ATM, and other avenues. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer‑centric to meet the needs of the customer. Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency. Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
