Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)FT and PT positions availableLancaster County The BHT provides one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents following individual treatment plans designed to teach skills and interventions to help them succeed in the classroom/community/home environment. The Challenge, in a nutshell:Prompt interventions in the areas of behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Mobile Therapist. Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.Complete initial and annual training as requiredCollaborate with client, family, and all other assigned team members in order to ensure compliance with CASSP.
