We are seeking full-time Clinical Counselors to support children, adults, or families on their path to wellness. This role offers a dynamic, person-centered clinical setting with opportunities for growth and impact. Location: Arcade, Warsaw, Wellsville, or school satellite offices (Allegany & Wyoming Counties) Pay: $58,500 - $64,500 Sign on bonus: up to $3,000 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) Work Location: In-person with hybrid flexibility. Key Responsibilities Complete initial assessments to establish rapport and determine medical necessity. Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, or therapeutic groups. Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans. Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed. Collaborate with other providers and community supports to aid clients in their recovery. Qualifications Clinical Counselor I & II Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field. NYS licensure or permit required, we can help with that. New graduates encouraged to apply! Multiple funding opportunities available to help with student loan debt. Clinical Counselor III LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege + 5 years of experience. Clinical supervision experience and advanced training in evidence-based approaches. All Levels Valid driver license and reliable transportation required. Must be licensed or license-eligible in NYS.
