Job Information Location: USA – Lockbourne, 225 Rathmell Rd Division: Solutions Job Title: Data Center Associate – Builds D‑Shift Thu‑Sun 6:00 pm‑4:30 pm Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site. Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems. Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools. Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Adhere daily to safety and process procedures. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail. Deliverables & Achievables Strict compliance with safety and process procedures. Reliability and punctuality in shift performance. High attention to detail and focus on quality. Flexibility and cross‑training across multiple datacenter departments. Required Skills & Qualifications Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities for informed decision making. Basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols. 1‑3 years of related experience. Capacity to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to pass required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests. Compensation Base pay range: $21.00 – $21.00 per hour (actual compensation based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographical location).
