New Dual-Brand Restaurant Opening | Applebee’s + IHOP | Flexible Shifts | Tips

Applebee’s + IHOP is opening a new dual-brand restaurant, and we’re hiring  Servers to join our opening team!

With some shifts starting at 6 AM , you can choose from morning, daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities. Whether you're looking for a first restaurant job, a flexible schedule, or a place to grow your career, we'd love to meet you.

Pay & Earnings

• $18–$28/hour average including tips
• Base pay: $2.13 hour + Tips , depending on state laws
• Weekly pay
• Employee meals and discounts
• Opportunities to earn strong tip income

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you will:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions
• Serve both IHOP breakfast and Applebee’s menu items
• Enter orders through the restaurant POS system
• Deliver food and beverages using our team service approach
• Check on guests and respond to additional requests
• Process guest payments accurately
• Clear and reset tables
• Maintain clean and welcoming dining areas
• Work with the entire restaurant team to create a great guest experience

• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to safely carry food, drinks, plates, and other restaurant items
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation
• Previous customer service or serving experience is a plus, but  not required
