AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE

As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and have a passion for driving killer sales results. Your Responsibilities Passion for driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store experience. You support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results. A people leader: You motivate and inspire the team with AEO’s core values, model excellent service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable. Talent and training: You recruit and hire strong talent and prioritize training and development to maintain a Guest‑First culture. Teamwork: You challenge sales and stock associates with clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching. You celebrate outstanding performance. Visual & operational innovation: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures—including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards—ensuring the fitting rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO brand standards. Integrity and safety: You maintain store safety, adhere to asset‑protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. You have flexible availability and can work when guests shop. Pay & Benefits Information Actual starting pay depends on experience and location.
