Captain Position at Bordelon Marine

As a Captain at Bordelon Marine, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. You will lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all voyages are completed safely and on time. You will maintain a high level of professionalism and act as a role model for your team.

Minimum qualifications include:

• USCG Master's License
• 5+ years of experience as a Captain or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry
• Experience with DP vessels
• Experience with vessel maintenance and repair

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of Bordelon Marine vessels
• Leading and managing a team of crew members
