Compensation $22 to $24 per hour Job Overview Lazul is looking for a leasing consultant to use their customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements. Key Responsibilities Generate interest by highlighting the community’s unique features and benefits. Communicate effectively to potential residents throughout the leasing process. Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their concerns and helping resolve issues. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents. Use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks. Coordinate fun activities for residents. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
