Monitors NSI performance on a daily basis. Conducts education and mock MSETs. Participates in clinic specific drills.Ensures additional overflow support for serious incidents.Works with community organizations to develop and maintain contracts as appropriateMinimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in NursingLicensure : Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered NurseExperience : 2 years of clinical experience related to the unit's scopeCertification: Basic Life Support; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 6 Months for Critical Care
