Overview N10° is seeking a Client Service Associate to support both N10° Wealth and N10° Assets as part of its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across both advisory firms as they build and scale a high‑touch wealth and asset management platform, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to an enterprise in its earliest stages. What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated, service‑oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong client service instincts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the financial services industry. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, solutions‑focused approach, along with high integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Well‑suited candidates are collaborative team players who take pride in delivering a seamless client experience. Key Qualifications 4-year college degree with a history of strong academic performance or 10 years of applicable professional experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Series 65/66 license preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire. Experience with custodial platforms, financial planning software, and performance reporting tools is a plus. Experience as an Executive Assistant or working within a call center is a plus. Primary Responsibilities Collaborating with advisors and business development staff across both N10° Wealth and N10° Assets to support and develop client relationships. Executing a tailored service plan for each client based on their unique needs and goals. Responding to client inquiries same‑day, with a solutions‑focused approach. Scheduling advisor‑client meetings. Drafting written or electronic communications on behalf of advisors. Logging and tracking customer calls or emails. Maintaining databases of client information for advisors. Recording and resolving customer complaints. Filing and organizing client paperwork. Helping with client requests, such as transferring funds. Ensuring that regulatory rules are followed. Compensation & Benefits The salary for this position is $70,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
