We are hiring for multiple Production Operator openings in Carlsbad, including opportunities in Machine Operation, Media Operations, and Dye Operations. Candidates will be considered for the department that best matches their experience and skills.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or quality inspection experience looking to grow their career in a manufacturing production environment.

Available Shifts

• Friday-Sunday | 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Friday-Monday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Follow work instructions, job sheets, and production procedures
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, unload, process, and package production parts
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
• Experience operating production equipment or machinery preferred
• Quality inspection experience preferred
• Experience with hand tools, media blasting, or sandblasting is a plus
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract position based out of CARLSBAD, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
