Olympus Pines is scaling fast as part of the Tommy's Express Car Wash franchise network. We’re hiring a Facilities & Equipment Service Technologist for our Waldorf, MD operation to safeguard reliability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems that power our automated car wash.
The missionDeliver consistent uptime and a spotless guest experience by applying preventive maintenance, smart diagnostics, and craftsmanship—every shift, every call.

Pay: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience

- Experience with high-voltage systems up to 480V
- Low-voltage control troubleshooting
- Mechanical know-how: bearings, gearboxes, alignment, and fabrication
- Pneumatics proficiency (solenoids, air shocks)
- Welding and metal fabrication
- Plumbing skills: PVC, copper pipe fitting, solenoids
- Calm under pressure—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including responses outside traditional business hours
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
Be prepared to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday; lift and move up to 75 lbs (50 lbs independently, 75 lbs with assistance); climb an 8 foot ladder; safely enter and work in a service pit; operate indoors and outdoors in varying weather; use hand and power tools safely; and perform maintenance in tight or elevated spaces.
