Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, thermostat, ductwork, and system performance issues. Repair, replace, or adjust HVAC components including thermostats, capacitors, relays, motors, sensors, controls, and other system parts. Perform warranty-related service work in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines. Identify installation deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Conduct system inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and within design specifications. Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners. Complete service documentation, warranty paperwork, and work orders accurately using company software or mobile applications. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle. Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices. Coordinate with internal installation, construction, and customer service teams to resolve homeowner concerns. Participate in ongoing training on new HVAC equipment, controls, and technologies.
