Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in Accounts Receivable to join our team in Broken Arrow, OK. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with financial data, customer accounts, and reconciliations. Responsibilities Manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records. Monitor outstanding balances and communicate with customers regarding past-due invoices. Prepare and maintain AR reports and supporting documentation. Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and create reports. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures while maintaining accurate financial records. Qualifications 3–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years focused on Accounts Receivable. Strong experience with invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
