This premier Bay Area hospital is home to a Level II NICU with Medical Director support from Stanford, as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from Stanford, delivering approximately 1,200 births annually. The facility fosters a collaborative care environment alongside community OB/GYNs and nursing teams, with supportive hospital administration and strong clinical infrastructure.

Job Details:

• New OB-GYN Hospitalist program launching November 1, 2026 - help build and shape this exciting service line from the ground up
• Seeking four OB-GYN Hospitalists plus one OB-GYN Hospitalist Medical Director
• Predictable 24-hour in-house shifts supporting work-life balance
• Team structure of five OB-GYN Hospitalists
• Clinical scope includes OB and GYN triage and surgery, labor and delivery management, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, and inpatient consults
• Medical Director opportunity available for candidates with prior leadership experience to provide clinical leadership, guide program development, and drive quality initiatives
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Five or more years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a team-based care model
• Active California medical license required (or in process)
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• DEA registration must be obtained prior to start
• Weekend availability required
• $100K sign-on bonus offered
• Potential for moving and relocation allowance
