Field Care Coordinator – Home Care CNA Senior Helpers of Greater KnoxvilleLocation: Knoxville & Surrounding AreasJob Type: Full-Time ( CNA Required )Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year + Annual Bonus Opportunity Total Compensation Value: Approximately $50,000/year About the Role Senior Helpers of Greater Knoxville is looking for a Field Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This position must be a CNA and plays an important role in supporting both our clients and caregivers in the field. The Field Coordinator serves as a key connection between clients, families, caregivers, and our office team, helping ensure that our clients receive exceptional care while our caregivers have the support and resources they need to succeed. What You'll Do Caregiver Support & Supervision

• Conduct routine in-home supervisory visits with clients and caregivers
• Ensure caregivers are following established care plans
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
• Address caregiver concerns and provide ongoing support
• Provide skills training when needed

Client Care & Quality Oversight

• Monitor client satisfaction and quality of care
• Identify changes in client condition or needs
• Assist with care plan updates when changes are identified
• Help ensure client safety and compliance with care standards

Staffing & Scheduling Support

• Help cover last-minute call-outs and unfilled shifts during work days
• Support client/caregiver introductions
• Collaborate with operations team to match caregivers and clients based on care needs and personality fit
• Communicate scheduling updates between clients, caregivers, and the office

Communication & Problem Solving

• Maintain accurate documentation of visits, incidents, and client updates
• Help resolve client and caregiver concerns or conflicts
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
• Communicate incidents, concerns, and potential risks to management

Client & Caregiver Experience

• Help maintain industry-leading client and caregiver satisfaction
• Encourage client feedback and Google Reviews
• Work with the Client & Care Team Managers to address negative feedback promptly

• Comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary
• Experienced in home care, healthcare, caregiving, or a related field preferred
• Passionate about providing excellent service to clients and supporting caregivers

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000-$45,000 annual salary based on experience
• 5–15% annual bonus opportunity based on performance
• Company vehicle for scheduled workdays

• Total compensation value of approximately $50,000 annually
• 10 paid vacation days

Schedule This is a full-time, field-based position with a goal of approximately 40 hours per week. The role requires flexibility and availability across a broad operating window, with scheduled workdays potentially beginning as early as 6:00 AM and ending as late as 9:00 PM, depending on client and operational needs.
