✅ Apply fiberglass, resin, and composite materials to molds and boat components

✅ Operate chop guns, rollers, and hand tools to ensure proper lamination and bonding

✅ Remove air bubbles and imperfections to ensure structural integrity and superior quality

✅ Mix and apply resins, catalysts, and gel coats according to specifications

✅ Inspect completed products for quality, thickness, and compliance with standards

✅ Safely handle materials and follow all PPE and safety requirements

✅ Work with a team dedicated to producing the highest-quality boats in the industry

✅ Previous fiberglass, lamination, composite, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred

✅ Experience using hand tools and power tools

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Edgewater,FL.
