About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing Creative Manager who combines strong hands-on design with creative project management. You'll keep projects moving from brief through launch, lead a small creative team, and help evolve Musely's brand identity. Our team is highly collaborative and fast-paced, with shared ownership, frequent feedback, and close partnership across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects, including briefs, assignments, timelines, feedback, approvals, and delivery.
• Design assets for paid social, email, web, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a small creative team - prioritizing workloads, following up on next steps, and resolving blockers.
• Partner with the Director of Brand & Creative and team on campaign concepts, brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone.
• Build templates and design systems that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Lead creative testing with Growth and turn performance insights into stronger work.
• Ensure all creative is on-brand, accurate, and ready to launch.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design or creative experience, including DTC or consumer brands in beauty, health, or wellness.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects through completion.
• Strong portfolio of hands-on design, brand development, and performance creative.
• Experience leading creative tests and applying performance learnings.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace; experience with Asana or similar tools.
• Understanding of Meta/TikTok/Youtube creative across static, video, and UGC.
• Experience developing brand guidelines and art directing photography and video.
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
• Clear communication, strong follow-through, and comfort collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
