Job Description

Hamilton Connections is hiring for a Shipping Assistant role in Wallingford, CT. This position is on-site, temp to hire in Wallingford, CT.

Responsibilities would include:

Monitor daily schedules by signing onto portals
Pulling shipment schedules and customer releases
Retrieving and matching parts from stock
Picking parts through the ERP system
Entering customer PO specifications accurately into shipping documentation
Printing and preparing paperwork to accompany shipments
Using freight portals such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to generate shipping labels and process orders

Details:

Attention to detail
$20-$23/hour
Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 3:30PM, Friday, 6AM - 10AM (hours could change depending on work load
Must pass pre screening
Be able to work under pressure at times
