You will: Safely operate a delivery van (Extended Cargo Van or Step Van) to deliver Amazon packages to customers Always conduct yourself in a highly ethical and professional manner Perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in/out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions (we deliver year-round!) Provide excellent customer service and represent Amazon with professionalism Solving problems independently using critical thinking skills Show excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude Demonstrate strong communication skills Work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Operate a smartphone for GPS navigation and daily logs Qualifications Requirements: We provide thorough on-the-job training, so all teammates feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of Amazon customers. Our main priority is safety and reliability. You must: Be 21 years of age or older Hold a valid NC driver’s license (no CDL required) Have a clean driving record. Be available to work weekends and holidays Be fluent in English (bilingual a plus) Have a proven track record of reliability Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs, squatting, and bending during an 8–10 hour shift Preferred Qualifications (not required but highly valued): Previous delivery experience Experience driving large vehicles Military, EMS, Fire Department, or Law Enforcement background Additional Information Why Join Blue Ridge NC Logistics?
