WHAT WE NEED

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical construction projects and supervise field crews. This hands-on role is responsible for planning daily work, coordinating manpower and materials, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving projects to successful completion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, train, and supervise electrical crews while coordinating daily job site activities
• Plan work, schedule manpower, and keep projects on track and productive
• Ensure all work is completed safely, meets quality standards, and complies with electrical codes
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project
• Maintain daily reports, job documentation, material needs, and crew tracking

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of electrical experience with an active Journeyman License
• Experience leading commercial electrical projects ranging from $100K to $2M
• Strong troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair experience across commercial electrical systems
• Proficiency with conduit bending (½"–4"), MC cable, switchgear, panel installations, lighting controls, motor controls, fire alarm systems, low-voltage controls, and HVAC wiring
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, climbing, squatting, reaching, and kneeling on job sites

Compensation ranges may vary based on individual experience. Final offers may differ from the posted range depending on a candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and the specific role offered.

Compensation Range

$35—$55 USD
