Join us and experience the difference of working with a company that truly cares!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:Travel directly from home to assigned job sites each dayComplete a wide variety of maintenance and repair requestsTurn over apartment units, including painting when neededFollow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areasDocument all work performed and communicate updates clearlyParticipate in occasional virtual team meetingsRespond to emergency calls as neededWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywallBasic computer skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approachStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a team2+ years of experience in residential maintenance or equivalent repair ability (preferred)Bilingual English/Spanish a plusAre you who we're looking for?
