Portfolio Manager

Description Westward360 is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to join our growing Property Management team. As a Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee a team of Property Managers and support staff while driving operational excellence across an assigned portfolio. You'll serve as the first point of escalation for complex issues, monitor key performance indicators, develop team members, and ensure our clients and residents receive best-in-class service. Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the country. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties. What we offer: Base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 Monthly cell phone stipend Flexible hybrid schedule after 90 days Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Front loaded PTO + personal time 401(k) with company match up to 4% Long and short-term disability at no cost to employee Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization What you'll do: Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and support staff while holding team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with property owners, address escalated concerns, and support client retention initiatives. Property Operations: Oversee portfolio operations, ensuring maintenance, leasing, compliance, and resident relations activities are handled efficiently and professionally. Maintenance Oversight: Monitor outstanding work orders, vendor performance, preventative maintenance programs, and resolution of high-priority issues. Leasing & Occupancy: Review vacancy reports, support leasing strategies, and help ensure efficient move-ins, move-outs, and property turnovers. Financial Management: Assist with budget oversight, invoice approvals, expense management, and portfolio profitability goals. Onboarding & Transitions: Support the onboarding of new properties and assist with client transitions when necessary. Leadership: Partner with company leadership on hiring, training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll need: 5+ years of Property Management experience 2+ years of leadership experience Strong coaching and team development skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Availability after hours/evenings as needed Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Property Management or Real Estate License preferred About Westward360: Westward360 is dedicated to providing exceptional community management, rental management and brokerage services.
