Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Active West Virginia SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation for sub-acute rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
