We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join and expand a well-developed pelvic health program created in collaboration with a leading OBGYN practice. This unique opportunity allows the therapist to work directly alongside referring providers in a medical setting while also helping grow services within an outpatient clinic environment.

This role offers strong referral relationships, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to take ownership of a specialty program with organizational support. The ideal candidate is passionate about pelvic health, patient-centered care, and building collaborative provider relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health conditions in an outpatient setting
• Provide one-on-one patient care with 40-minute treatment sessions
• Collaborate closely with OBGYN physicians and medical staff
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with providers
• Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the pelvic health program
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications and Education

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Pelvic health experience or completion of relevant continuing education coursework preferred or experience in pelvic health physical therapy preferred
• New graduates with a strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is beneficial
