Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

Job Description Job Description Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78405 Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension Pay: $37/hr. Schedule 2 pm - 10 pm, 40 hours weekly Flexibility required for up to 16-hour shifts as needed Rotating schedule with every 3rd weekend off Duties and Responsibilities: Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and care Educating patients on medications and treatment plans Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care thoroughly Supporting daily patient care needs in a clinical setting Utilizing electronic systems for documentation (training provided) Performing advanced clinical skills such as: Gastrostomy tubes and enteral feedings Foley catheter care Tracheostomy care Qualifications Active LVN license in Texas 2+ years of experience required Ability to work flexible hours when needed
