Clinical Scribe & Documentation Specialist

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with clinical documentation, enabling focused patient care. Scribes work with clinicians from intake through after-visit steps, mastering ICD-10 and CPT coding and contributing to documentation accuracy. Ideal candidates have clinical exposure, strong communication skills, and readiness to learn value-based care workflows.
