Compensation: $260,000 base + 20% of base bonus total potential earnings $300,000+
Sign-on bonus included

Light daily volume: See just patients per day really

100% outpatient: No hospital shifts, no nights, no weekends

Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Call schedule: Minimal for example, if there are 20 docs in your market, you ll be on call just 1:20

Malpractice with tail, robust health benefits, paid parental leave, 401(k)
Annual CME allowance plus generous PTO

The ideal fit:
M.D. or D.O.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required
Active, clear medical license and DEA
2+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting preferred
Solid clinical skills: suturing for minor wound closures, joint injections, skin biopsies, and comprehensive wound care
