Get to Know Your Team Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering a variety of services for patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma area. The hospital offers 24‑hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. In 2025, the hospital will add inpatient behavioral health services. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting departmental operations and ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental standards within the specialty area under the direction of the Department Director. Oversees shift operations by coordinating staffing assignments, supervising therapists, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care. Utilizes established principles of delegation, supervision, and independent judgment to direct staff activities, address patient care needs, and promote the efficient and appropriate use of departmental resources. Collaborates with leadership to support staff development, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient care environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: 2-year associate degree. Oklahoma RCP license. BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP.
