Title Revenue Audit Clerk Requisition ID 4077 Location Vicksburg, MS, 39180 Property Riverwalk Casino Job Summary The employee will review and audit revenues from all revenue-producing departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Audit all paperwork for each revenue producing department at Riverwalk Casino, Hotel and Harlow’s Casino Resort and Spa Prepare daily revenue journals Ensure adequate supporting documentation exists for all transactions Prepare routine and special reports as assigned Maintain a tracking system for issued/redeemed slips, coupons, etc. for proper accountability Secure the integrity of all gaming and non‑gaming paperwork by filing promptly and correctly as directed by supervisor Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission General knowledge of bookkeeping terminology and methods General knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment Knowledge of routine accounting principles Ability to maintain complex financial records and prepare reports and statements Ability to make mathematical computations quickly and accurately Ability to post accounts with speed and accuracy Ability to operate efficiently a variety of office machines Good computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and handle several variables Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Working knowledge of basic and intermediate accounting procedures preferred. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk, frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms, bend and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
