This position combines recruiting, consultative sales, business development, account management, and candidate relationship management within the skilled-trades and professional staffing space.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, exceeding measurable goals, developing client and candidate pipelines, and helping employers solve difficult hiring challenges while helping skilled-trades professionals advance their careers.The Skilled Trades Recruiter manages both sides of the staffing relationship: developing new client business while sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates. The role requires consistent outbound activity, strong relationship-building ability, excellent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple clients, candidates, and job orders simultaneously.
