Fractional Marketing Director Day rate assignment Upwards of 12 months 2 days per week We are working with a fast-growing, PE-backed business to place a Fractional Marketing Leader. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a national brand narrative and establish market positioning from the ground up. In this role, you will own the brand, content, and lifecycle marketing needed to position the firm as the go-to trusted advisor for business owners. Key Responsibilities Shape the overall voice, positioning, and market narrative for the firm Build a library of case studies and proof points that instill confidence in prospect pipelines Develop a tailored engagement strategy for high-value, long-cycle prospects Direct agency partners to ensure aligned and cohesive execution Partner closely with sales to optimize the end-to-end business development process What You’ll Need Proven track record setting marketing strategy as a first or founding marketer in early-stage or growth environments Deep experience in long sales cycle sectors like M&A, financial services, or professional services Ability to operate both strategically and independently to deliver results #J-18808-Ljbffr tml Partners
