Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and effective nursing interventions
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Document accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health record system
• Work required weekend shifts, with 6 weekend shifts expected per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as outlined in the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (Epic Hardstop compliance required)
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and required holidays
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• Clean background; facility does not accept Nursys or background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care hospital setting
• Demonstrated ability to float between units and adapt to varying patient care environments
