Shift Details 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, Overtime as business needs require. 1st Shift Starting Pay: $21.70/hour Job Duties Cross-functional communication to complete tasks. Effective teamwork. Provides summaries to leadership. Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, logistics and operations. Serve as the coordinator for customer visits. Assist in budget preparation and control activities. Assist in basic scheduling tasks. Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and e-mail. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Ability to perform repetitive operations. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Minimum Requirements Experience with purchasing/inventory/buying systems. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel). Top Candidates Will Have Associate's degree. At least 2 years experience in purchasing/inventory management. Experience with Nextgen/Coupa. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced Problem Solving/Troubleshooting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. 2 years of related administrative support experience.
