Job Summary:
The Organization is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) Surgery Board Runner for a position in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role involves circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures, with experience in neurosurgical and genitourinary robotic surgeries preferred but not required. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license and certifications on the first day of employment. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced neurosurgical technology, including the only Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope in Tennessee.

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (additional details specific to schedule options)
• Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Tennessee nursing license; CST (Certified Laboratory Technician) national certificate; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; previous circulating experience in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures; critical thinking and customer service skills.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with neurosurgical and general/robotic procedures is preferred but not mandatory. EMR system experience with Meditech.
• Type of Equipment Used: Electrosurgical devices, Neptune suction, patient positioning devices, among others, with special emphasis on the Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures.
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to adhere to unit-specific policies and guidelines. The role provides an opportunity to work with innovative surgical technology and a highly experienced staff team.
