NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). These experienced professionals provide administrative, scientific, technical, and other professional skills that support the Bureau of Land Management through the Experienced Services Program (ESP).

The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will? relationship. Duration:

This position is currently funded for up to 1,760 hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in Data Entry OR HS/GED Degree with minimum additional experience of 2 year(s) in Data Entry

• Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Teams, MS SharePoint

Duties:

The position will provide assistance and support to manage data specific to oil and gas production including mineral leasing adjudication, case review, and compliance processes. This will include processes that must be accomplished to promote oil and gas development in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. This position will also support efficiency through regular reviews of procedures identifying room for improvement when available.

• Maintain and process data and requests (TLS, MLRS, AFMSS)   70%
• Conduct research as needed   20%
• Prepare reports and weekly deliverables   10%

• Physical requirements: Work is primarily sedentary, working at a laptop. Occasionally may need to lift boxes up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
