Role Description The Real Estate Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Castle, PA. The Sales Associate will prospect and nurture client relationships, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through buying and selling processes. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing listing documents, analyzing market data, coordinating with lenders, title, and insurance partners, and ensuring timely communication with all parties. The role also involves negotiating offers, supporting clients through inspections and closings, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Sales Associate will collaborate with office leadership and colleagues to leverage training, marketing tools, and local market knowledge to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with a strong understanding of local market trends and transaction processes. Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one) and remain current with applicable laws and regulations. Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients through complex decisions. Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with real estate CRM and listing platforms, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
