PATRIOT Missile Team. PATRIOT Missile supports a portfolio of various contract types, customers, and deliverables.The successful candidate will serve as a Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3), leading financial planning, analysis, and execution for the program while managing and developing a team of analysts. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements, and providing strategic insight to program and functional leadership. The candidate will play a critical role in shaping program financial strategy, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.What You Will DoPerform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positionsMaintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing rationale for basis of estimates.Risk and opportunity valuation and impact on contract profitability Support material forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP). The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
