We are looking for experienced flooring installation subcontractors who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Install carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet vinyl, and other flooring products
• Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation
• Measure, cut, and install flooring with precision
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Dispose of debris properly
• Communicate professionally with customers and our installation team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional flooring installation experience
• Experience installing both carpet and hard surface flooring required
• Reliable transportation (van preferred)
• Professional installation tools
• Valid driver's license
• Current liability insurance
• Available to work Monday through Friday
• Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
• Strong work ethic with a customer-first attitude
