Staffing Recruiter

Job Description Job Description The Full Cycle Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to placement and follow-up. This role works closely with clients and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified talent, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency environment. Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, clerical, and professional positions. Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and place candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, clients, and internal team members. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams). Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize workload effectively. Knowledge of employment eligibility verification (I-9), onboarding processes, and employment compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites when needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications Staffing agency recruiting experience. Experience with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, or administrative positions. Familiarity with JobDiva or similar ATS systems. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency and follow-through. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
