Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, which is rapidly growing and offers excellent work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant (PA) must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $116,480.00 - USD $120,640.00 per year.
