- 8hrs 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
- 40 hours, work week
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, daily living skills, and overall functional independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and strategies to support safe and independent functioning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and correctional staff to coordinate patient care while maintaining confidentiality and complying with facility security protocols.
- Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and correctional facility policies and perform other duties within the scope of practice.
- CA OT License required
- Travel Occupational Therapist with hand experience (CHT)
- Active BLS
- Additional certifications may be required
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
