If you are a professional driver looking for a carrier that delivers on its promises, this high-priority regional lane is for you. We are welcoming experienced Class A CDL Drivers to a steady, year-round dry van fleet built around driver respect and predictable scheduling.
This position eliminates the guesswork from your work week. Get paid for every mile you roll, drive excellent late-model equipment, and enjoy 100% driver-clean freight. Best of all, you can count on a consistent, quality reset at home every single week.
Financial & Company Benefits- Weekly Revenue: Earn an impressive $1,100 to $1,400 gross weekly average .
- Paid Every Mile: Practical mileage pay covers both your loaded and empty miles equally.
- Hourly Delays Covered: If you are held up, we protect your paycheck with $20/hour for breakdown and detention time.
- Paid Time Off: Take time for yourself with paid vacation and 8 observed paid holidays annually.

- Predictable Schedule: Out on the road for 5 to 5.5 days, returning home weekly.
- Full Weekly Resets: Spend a high-quality 34 to 48 hours at home every week with family.
- Take-Home Fleet: Enjoy the security and convenience of bringing your truck home during your weekly reset (where applicable).
- 100% Driver-Clean Freight: Zero physical loading or unloading required.
- Drop & Hook Efficiency: Keep moving with roughly 70% drop-and-hook freight to maximize your driving clock.
- Late-Model Day/Sleeper Cabs: Stay comfortable in premium, newer-model International, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Must fully meet all DOT background, medical physical, and drug/alcohol testing regulations.
