We're looking to hire a quick learner, highly organized, courteous, takes initiative, great personality to work with co-workers and customers, trainable, lots of potential, long term, Microsoft proficient and fundamental computer applications.

We need applicants that have a proven record of EXPERIENCE and long-term work history.

MUST BE GOOD ON THE COMPUTER!
Must be Professional
Provide support for managers and staff
FileInventory Counting and Data Entry
Must be able to commit to the schedule
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the correct department or individual.
Manage general company email inbox and respond to inquiries.
Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document scanning

High school diploma
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
