Job Description
The Retail Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the retail store's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive leader who can assist in managing staff, inventory, and store presentation to create an inviting shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Assist in training, supervising, and motivating retail staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
