Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation and wellness journey of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or changes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama
