Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire Pay: $27 - $29/hr Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR , benefits administration , or a related field Strong public speaking and presentation skills (including new hire orientation experience) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications Experience with audits , compliance reviews, data reconciliation, and customer service Experience working with Vendor Management Systems ( VMS ) or HRIS platforms Nice To Have Requirements: Job Description: Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration and retirement programs for a growing workforce. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees by providing guidance on benefit offerings, conducting new hire benefit presentations, and ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance processes. Conduct benefits orientations and presentations for new hires, explaining available health, welfare, and retirement plans Support employee benefit enrollment, changes, and ongoing questions with a strong customer service approach Perform audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy of benefits and employee records Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and VMS/HR systems to maintain records, generate reports, and track employee information Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and benefits administration procedures This is a fully onsite position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Orlando area. Compensation: $27/hr to $29/hr . Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
