Job Description Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure from the hotel Open and assist with hotel entrance and vehicle doors while maintaining a courteous and attentive presence Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations to guests as needed Assist with coordinating vehicle traffic, rideshare services, taxis, and transportation flow at hotel entrances Communicate effectively with Bell Services, Valet, Front Office, Security, and Concierge teams to support seamless guest experiences Assist guests with luggage coordination and transportation requests as operationally needed Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, special events, and high-volume operational periods Maintain awareness of hotel activities, guest arrivals, and operational updates to provide proactive guest assistance Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and team members Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards Follow hotel policies, guest service standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times Qualifications Previous hospitality, guest service, valet, bell, transportation, or customer service experience preferred Luxury hotel or upscale hospitality experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong guest service mindset with a welcoming and professional demeanor Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Professional appearance and polished demeanor required Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairmont Hotels & Resorts
