About the Role:

Achievement Center for Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our growing team in Camarillo, CA. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and skill acquisition targets
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to reduce problem behaviors and build functional skills
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation in compliance with company standards
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members regarding client progress
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Camarillo, CA area
• Must pass a background check and have current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
