Radiology - Cath Lab Tech

Electrophysiology Technologist

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting. Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts according to physician specifications and orders. Assist the physician with various diagnostic and interventional procedures by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response to procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and interpreting and evaluating diagnostic data to be utilized by the physician. An applicable Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiology is required or completion of an accredited radiology technology program is necessary. Experience with special procedures is preferred. The position requires one night of call per week and one weekend shift every fourth weekend.
